Refund policy
1. Timeframe to Request Exchange or Return
1.1 The customer has 30 calendar days from the date of order receipt to initiate the request.
1.2 Requests submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
2. How to Start the Process
2.1 The request must be made exclusively by email to:

• info.extremefreedom@gmail.com
2.2 Always include:
• Order number
• Full name
• Reason for exchange/return
• Photos of the item
2.3 You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with the return address. Returns without RMA will be refused.
3. Acceptance Conditions
The item must:
- Be new, without signs of use (stains, odors, scratches, or creases);
- Contain all original tags intact;
- Come in the original packaging, properly packed.
Exceptions
- Personalized items, sealed electronics, PPE, or batteries cannot be returned if the safety seal has been opened.
If the conditions are not met, the item will be returned to the customer without refund.
4. Return Shipping
4.1 Shipping is entirely the customer’s responsibility (postage, insurance, and any fees).
4.2 Use registered mail with tracking; Extreme Freedom is not responsible for lost packages.
4.3 Returns with customs fees or cash on delivery (COD) will be refused.
5. Validation and Deadlines
5.1 Upon receipt, the quality control team has 5 business days to inspect the item.
5.2 If approved:
• Refund – processed through the same payment method, within 14 business days (shipping fees and “shipping insurance” are non-refundable).
• Exchange – up to two exchanges with free shipping; from the third exchange, shipping costs will be charged.
• Gift Card – for exchanges only, proven shipping costs are credited to a gift card with no expiration date, usable on any store item.
6. Limits and Exceptions
6.1 Maximum of 2 successive exchanges per order, free of charge, for items up to 5Kg.
6.2 Exchanges for color/style differences depend on stock availability and possible price adjustments.
6.3 For sale, clearance, or “outlet” items, only the legal right of return applies; exchanges are not possible.
7. Responsibility During Transport
7.1 The risk of return is the customer’s until confirmed receipt in our warehouse.
7.2 Damage caused by improper packaging will result in refusal of the return.
