Spirit of the Warranty
"We don’t just sell clothing. We sell trust. And if the road knocks you down, we help you get back up."
The Fénix Freedom Project exists to truly support those who face the hardships of the road. Misusing this policy is a sign of disrespect to the community that relies on it.
Rebirth begins with a gesture of trust.
11. Cancellation Fee
In the event of cancellation of orders with payment already made, an administrative fee of 5% of the final purchase amount will be charged to cover commissions and processing costs. The refund will only be issued after this fee is deducted.
For bulky items already shipped, an additional return fee will be charged, corresponding to the logistical costs of the return.
