Shipping policy

1. Shipping Costs

Free shipping to Portugal for products up to 5 kg.
An extra shipping fee may apply to bulky or special items (amount shown at checkout).
Shipping costs are non-refundable on orders that are cancelled / refused or not delivered due to absence or incorrect details.

2. Delivery Time (average)

* Timeframes counted after dispatch. They may vary due to logistical or customs reasons.

Note: During customs control periods, delivery may be delayed for reasons beyond Extreme Freedom’s control.

3. Delivery Guarantee

If, for reasons beyond Extreme Freedom’s control, the order is not delivered within 60 days from the purchase date, the amount paid will be refunded (unless it has already been refunded by another means).

4. Responsibilities

Extreme Freedom is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, absence at delivery, or other causes attributable to the customer.
The customer is responsible for the shipment of items under warranty, returns, or exchanges.

6. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive the tracking number by email.
The order status is updated automatically in your customer account.
